Preparing SOC Pilots: Constraints, Agreements, and Expectations in SAFE4SOC

WP8 discussions in early 2025 focused on preparing pilot SOCs for validation activities. This process involved more than technical readiness.

Partners analysed legal, organisational, and operational constraints, ensuring that validation scenarios would not disrupt day-to-day SOC operations. Sharing agreements and prerequisites were defined to manage expectations and responsibilities.

This preparatory work illustrates the often invisible effort required to move from prototype to operational testing.
