Why Simulation Matters for SOC Validation: SAFE4SOC’s UC Simulator
SAFE4SOC’s decision to develop a dedicated use-case simulator emerged from practical necessity. External cyber-range availability and integration constraints made reliance on third-party platforms risky.
The simulator provides a controlled environment for generating incidents, replaying scenarios, and validating system behaviour. It supports consistent testing across iterations and partners.
By embedding the simulator into the demonstrator, SAFE4SOC ensured continuity of validation activities and greater control over experimentation.
