As SAFE4SOC progressed from design to implementation, regular technical coordination meetings became a cornerstone of project execution. The technical meeting on 23 May 2024 exemplified how structured dialogue helps maintain alignment across multiple work packages.
These meetings provided a shared space to synchronise developments in AI analytics, IDMEFv2 integration, gateways, and tooling. Rather than focusing on isolated tasks, discussions centred on interdependencies and integration readiness.
Technical coordination also played a risk-mitigation role. By surfacing bottlenecks early – whether related to data availability, tooling compatibility, or validation planning – the consortium could adjust priorities and expectations proactively.
